They did end up helping me, so I’ll give them that, but the replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not exactly fast or super reassuring while I was waiting.

I wasn’t thrilled with the delivery experience. It took a lot longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way, which made it more annoying. I’ve had these for about a year now i was expecting them to start having issues by now, but no—they’re still working well. Nothing major to complain about so far

I don’t remember every detail from when I tried putting it on, but I do remember it not lining up right with my truck. It was close maybe, but definitely didn’t fit the way I expected.

The lights helped a little when I was driving on darker roads, but I was expecting a bit more. There’s still some glare, and in the rain it doesn’t feel as clear as I hoped. It’s not a terrible product or anything, just average for me. Also, having to deal with repeated verification during the process was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

At first, I was actually happy with these lights. They looked nice, worked fine, and I was thinking, okay, solid purchase. Then after a few months, one of them started flickering, which was annoying. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, but for the price I definitely expected them to hold up better. Support was fine, nothing amazing, nothing awful. i was ready to recommend them, but now I’m kind of like… yeah, maybe not sure I’d buy them again...

I reached out to support and they got back to me really fast. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this felt much smoother and more helpful. Overall, a really nice support experience

I ordered these bulbs from morimotohid.com and the color temp ended up being just what I wanted, I went with 5500K and it’s a nice clean white without that cheap bluish tint some lights have, they make driving at night feel a little easier and the car still looks close to factory which I like. Shipping was totally fine too and so far I don’t really have anything to complain about, I’d buy them again.

I was nervous about ordering the wrong lights for my 2018 Tacoma, since I usually don’t trust customer service to fix things quickly if something shows up wrong. Thankfully, the fitment info on morimotohid.com was clear and easy to follow.
The parts showed up and matched what the site said they would. No cutting, no forcing stuff into place, and no annoying back-and-forth trying to figure out why something didn’t fit, which was a big relief.
The install took me a little longer than I expected, but that was more on me than the parts. Everything was compatible, works well, and I’d probably order from them again

I got through the install using the instructions from morimotohid.com, but it definitely wasn’t the clearest thing I’ve ever followed. I had my laptop on the garage floor, a half-empty coffee next to me, and I still had to reread a few sections a couple times. The wiring parts especially felt a little vague, and I wasn’t always totally sure where certain things were supposed to sit.

It all worked out in the end, so I’m not mad about it or anything. I just think a few more close-up photos or small beginner-friendly notes would’ve helped a lot. If you’ve done this kind of install before, you’ll probably be fine, but for me it was more of a slow Saturday project than I expected. Not terrible, not amazing, about 3 stars.

No loose parts or damage at all, which is great since shipping damage feels so avoidable when companies actually pack things properly. Overall, really happy with how it arrived.

I ordered these from Morimoto Hid because my old headlights were all over the place, like the beam was messy and there was glare going everywhere, and it was starting to bug me every time I drove at night. These are just way cleaner right away, the cutoff looks nice, and the light actually lands where I need it instead of lighting up random trees and everyone’s mirrors.

The install was straightforward too, nothing weird or stressful, just kind of normal headlight install stuff. Driving at night feels easier now, which is the main thing I wanted, and I’m not getting flashed by other drivers anymore, so that’s a good sign. Overall, yeah, really happy I made the switch.

I was hoping these lights would be brighter, but they are coming out a lot dimmer than I expected. They didn't really works for what I needed.

I got the HID kit about a month ago and it has been good so far. The build feels sturdy in the hand, if that makes sense, and the light output is clean-looking. I haven’t noticed any flickering yet, which was my main worry. Overall I’m happy with them, not much to complain about really.

They were okay for the first couple of weeks, but then the lights started flickering. Not really what I was hoping for :(

I’ll admit I’ve always been loyal to another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure how this would go. But when I had a warranty issue, they handled it really quickly and didn’t give me any hassle. it made me feel a lot better about sticking with them.

The design seems a little outdated, and the product pages have so much happening that it took me longer than it should have to find basic details. The photos are fine, but mobile layouts like this always end up feeling too busy and not very easy to use. It’s not awful or anything, just not as clean as I’d like
